Why I started CrossFit: I’ve always been into fitness and training. When I left the military, where I was an Army PTI, I eventually became a civilian PT. But like many, I became bored with the usual “sets and reps” style training, and started paying more attention to functional fitness. I found CrossFit and was hooked immediately.

Why I started CrossFit: I’ve always been sporty so the competitive element really appealed to me. But mostly, I was ready to switch my fitness game up and CrossFit just looked so cool, I started watching the documentaries and just wanted in!!

Why i started CrossFit: I was looking for something different. I was bored with big gym classes, which invloved the same workouts over and over again. I love the fact that everyday is different, theres a scaling option for every movement so no one has to feel they can’t make progress.
